  • 5 ounces firm silken tofu
  • 1 cups Wild Blueberry Fruit Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons frozen wild blueberries


  • Cut the tofu into smaller pieces.
  • Add the wild blueberry fruit sauce and the tofu to the bowl of a food processor or blender. Puree the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  • Portion the Wild Blueberry Fool into cups and top each one with 1 tablespoon frozen blueberries. Store in the cooler until ready to serve.
