LEMON HORSERADISH DIP

Tasty as a base for smoked seafood

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek - style yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • Zest of 1 lemon (about 2 teaspoons finely grated)
  • sea salt and fresh pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix well in a small bowl.
  • Spoon into a jar and refrigerate for 2 hours or more so that flavors can marry.
