Full fat yogurt has a creamier texture and softer mouth feel
- 1 pint (2 cups) plain yogurt
Line a colander or strainer with a paper towel and set over a bowl.
Dump the pint of yogurt into the strainer and refrigerate for 8 hours or more.
Invert the drained yogurt onto a plate.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Makes 2 cups Greek-style yogurt and 2 cups whey.
