VEGAN AIOLI

You’ll never know this creamy sauce features tofu and it is 100% vegan approved

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces silken tofu drained
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of your food processor, puree until smooth. Makes about 1 cup.

Notes

Nutritional analysis per tablespoon: 22 calories, 1 gram protein, .6 grams carbohydrates, 2 grams fat, 30 mg. sodium, less than 1 gram fiber.
