WILD BLUEBERRY CRANBERRY CHUTNEY
This season, think both red & blue!
Ingredients
  • 4 cups wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (We enjoy Fiore’s Blackberry Ginger Balsamic)
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Gather your ingredients and tools.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large, heavy pot.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, about 20 minutes.
  4. Cook until thick.
  5. Let cool and spoon into glass jars. Refrigerate until serving.
  6. Enjoy!
