Oven Roasted Potato Wedges

Instructions
  1. Scrub potatoes. Cut into wedges. Soak in a bowl of water. Dry with paper towels. Toss with olive oil and roast on a baking sheet in a 400-degree oven, turning as needed. Serve with Organic Maine Apple Ketchup.
