MARINER CLAM DIP
Delicious with veggie sticks and toasted pita strips
Ingredients
  • 1- cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 - 6 ounce cans chopped clams drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • tablespoons finely chopped green onion, scallions or garlic scapes
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • sea salt and fresh pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Gather ingredients and equipment.
  2. Finely chop the parsley and add to a large bowl. Chop the scallions and add to the bowl. Drain the clams and chop if needed and add to the bowl.
  3. Add the sour cream or Greek yogurt to the bowl. Fold the ingredients into the sour cream. Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Old Bay seasoning. Taste and correct the seasonings.
  4. Refrigerate overnight or longer for flavors to marry.
  5. To serve: Spoon ¼ cup of dip into small bowl. Arrange on a plate with cut-up root vegetable sticks
Recipe Notes

Makes about 2 cups. Serving size is 1 tablespoon.
