Grilled Scallops with Winter Fruit Salsa
Ingredients
  • 1 pound Maine Sea scallops, muscle removed
  • brine from Pickled Green Strawberries
  • Winter Fruit Salsa
Instructions
  1. Wash the scallops and remove the muscle. Marinate in the strawberry brine for at least one hour or overnight. Grill over medium-high heat until just cooked. Serve with Winter Fruit Salsa.
