Creamy Dill & Feta Dressing
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup finely chopped Dill Spears or Dilly Beans
  • ¼ cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 ounces crumbled Feta Cheese about 4 tablespoons
  • Fresh pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In the jar of your blender, combine all ingredients until mixed well. Store in a jar in the refrigerator. Makes about 1 ¼ cups dressing. Serving size is 1 tablespoon.
