We are excited to launch our newest product line: Rabbit Hill Farm to Table
Flip and I have been homesteading here at Rabbit Hill for almost 15 years; farming, fishing and foraging for our food.
Our days, dictated only by the tides and the weather, are filled with cutting wood, cultivating and harvesting the garden, picking apples, fermenting cider, foraging for mushrooms, hunting, digging clams, and fishing.
We’ve shared hundreds of meals with family and friends, and have developed a repertoire of delicious, dependable recipes featuring local Maine products.
While many of my recipes are featured in the Ellsworth American and on our website, we’ve had requests for prepared and ready-to-eat food. This summer, we tried some items. much to the delight of our visitors.
