Quick Bean Soup

Quick Bean Soup1 can cooked beans (black, white, kidney)
1 cup water or vegetable or chicken stock
1 jar Pasta & Pizza Sauce

Combine ingredients in a soup pot on top of the stove.  Bring the mixture to a boil.  If desired, puree about half of the soup in the blender to thicken, and return to the pot.  Serve topped with sour cream or yogurt, tortilla chips or crusty bread.  Applesauce is great for dessert!
