- 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar (optional)
- 1 jar Pumpkin Maple Butter
- 1 1/2 cups cream (or 1 can evaporated milk or 1 can coconut milk)
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Beat together the eggs, sugar, and Pumpkin Maple Butter. Blend in the cream or canned milk. Pour into the prepared pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake until the filling is set, about 35 – 40 minutes.
