Bread & Butter Pickles are old-fashioned favorites are made in the traditional Maine way. Rabbit Hill grown Suyo Long cucumbers and onions are simmered in Barbour Farm apple cider vinegar, sugar, sea salt, and spices. Enjoy straight from the jar, or instead of potato chips.

To prepare our Organic Maine Cranberry Ketchup, we simmer cranberry and onion puree with Barbour Farm apple cider vinegar, sugar, sea salt and spices. The result is a delicious, handcrafted sauce that is great on fries or a burger, in a salad dressing, and as a condiment for turkey and chicken.

Our Summer Relish tastes just like Maine summer in a jar! This relish captures all the best of summer veggies grown here at Rabbit Hill; zucchini, cucumbers, sweet bell peppers, and onion are briefly cooked with Barbour Farm apple cider vinegar, sugar and spices. Enjoy on your favorite burger, or as a tasty dip with tortilla chips.
