Mediterranean Pizza

Mediterranean Pizza with spinach, olive oil, olives, red onion and feta cheese. Yum!

Ingredients
  

  • Pizza shell or 10 ounce pizza dough
  • Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
  • wilted fresh spinach or local greens
  • olive oil
  • Kalamata olives
  • chopped red onion
  • Feta cheese

Another Variation

  • Pasta and Pizza Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Wilt the greens in a large sauté pan with some olive oil. Dust your pizza pan with cornmeal and fit the pizza dough to the pan. Brush the top of the dough with olive oil. Spread a thin layer of Roasted Red Pepper Sauce over the top. Arrange the toppings and the cheese. Bake until the crust is brown and the top is bubbly. Cut into 8 slices and enjoy.
