Turkey Roasting & Dinner Roll Workshop

In this hands-on workshop participants will have the opportunity to prepare Honey-Oatmeal Dinner Rolls and roast 300 pounds of Tide Mill Farm certified organic turkey. Stock making tips, gravy preparation, butternut squash and turnip roasting, and cranberry compote are also part of this hands-on workshop activities. All food prepared will be used as part of the Dinner is Served, November 16 meal.
