$25.00Join Chef Cheryl Wixson and “all things pig” advocate Deborah Evans from Bagaduce Farm for this hands-on workshop in rendering both leaf lard and fatback. Learn about the pig, it’s anatomy, and the importance of pig in our local food systems and diets.
Lunch will be provided. (Pot pie made with lard, of course, applesauce, and cookies.)
