Downeast Carrot & Raisin Salad

This salad is a snap to make, and a delicious addition to a sandwich.
Servings 4

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 4 tablespoon Downeaster Maple Mustard Marinade

Instructions
 

  • Grate the carrots into a bowl. Stir in the raisins and Downeaster. Serve.
