Downeast Carrot & Raisin Salad
This salad is a snap to make, and a delicious addition to a sandwich.
- 2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 4 tablespoon Downeaster Maple Mustard Marinade
- Grate the carrots into a bowl. Stir in the raisins and Downeaster. Serve.
