Corn and Black Bean Salad

  • 1 cup corn kernel
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed
  • 1 jar Emily's Taco Salsa


  • Combine in a large bowl and gently stir. Taste, and correct the seasonings with sea salt, fresh pepper and lime juice if needed.
